"I'm an active 58 year old holding a full time job, who loves sports and I enjoy playing tennis, badminton, table tennis, Japanese drumming, tracking just to name a few. The activity I enjoy most is jogging with my 'trainer' dog-Sugar. Dog enthusiast would know that Jack Russel terriers are smart, curious, hyper active dogs. Sugar is the reason I jog weekly as it wears her out (so she doesn't destroy our house :-P ) and it keeps me fit.
I age like everyone else, developed long-sightedness (lao hua yen), graying hairs, have less stamina, and I'm forced to reduce/limit these activities because of the many muscles and joints aches... very sad :'( Crackled sounds and pain from my knees when climbing stairs, made worst by Japanese drumming - the half squat stance stresses the knee, plus stiff and painful finger joints from grasping the drum sticks. I tried all sorts of remedies, ate supplements, heat-rubs, even TCM.
But it was the joint lubricant-Flexiseq that I found relieve. It works hand in hand with the synovial fluids in those ball-n-socket joints mah chiam like oiling my mother's sewing machine. After two weeks of generous application around the affected areas, pains began to subside to almost nothing one month down the road.
I'm happy to say that I've started jogging with Sugar and look forward to resuming my active lifestyle. So for me, and in my unique situation, certainly Flexiseq worked.
I've been up Mt Kinabalu in Sabah four times already, did the via ferrata in the last climb. Now I hope to be able to gather a group of friends to climb her sometime next year so we can go see how her surface has changed after last year's earthquake.
Lastly, life is an adventure, strive to be happy, do not hurt others along the way but really LIVE, not just exist ... God bless!"
