Mdm Emily Tay, 64, loves dancing. 4 out of 7 days in a week, she goes for folk or line dance lessons in her CC, and has been doing so for the last 10 years. Even when her knees started giving her problems 2 years back, she continued. She had to wear knee braces when dancing; if she missed doing so, she feels very sore in her knees. Similarly, she had problem when she started moving her legs after resting for a while, like waking up in the mornings or standing up after watching TV. To relief her knee problem, she has been taking glucosamine and applying creams.
But recently, Emily goes for her dancing without knee braces. She started lubricating her knee joints with Flexiseq gel twice daily a month ago. She then tried dancing without her knee braces, and to her surprise, both her knees felt alright. Gradually, her morning knee soreness was also almost gone. Dancing now is certainly more enjoyable as movements that brought pain in the past, she can do it with much ease now. "It is very easy to use," said Emily. She hopes that her friends who have the same problem as her can also be relieved from their conditions.
